1. Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions govern the sale, reservation, and delivery of XAXX electric two-wheelers, battery systems, and accessories supplied by XAXA PRIVATE LIMITED.

2. Pricing, Taxes & Price Advantage

All prices quoted in wholesale B2B schedules are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted. Customers who pre-book products imported directly from primary facilities may receive an additional pre-booking benefit of ₹500–₹1,000 per unit, subject to currency exchange rates and shipping costs.

3. Transportation & Transit Insurance

Logistics, courier, and transit charges shall be borne entirely by the buyer. Goods are dispatched on designated transport terms. The buyer must independently arrange comprehensive transit insurance. Claims for in-transit damage must be raised with complete unboxing video proof within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes arising out of transactions shall be referred to sole arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Delhi/Bareilly, India.
