Official Warranty Policy

1. Lithium-Ion Battery Warranty

XAXX Lithium-ion battery packs carry a 3-Year / 20,000 KM to 30,000 KM limited warranty against manufacturing defects and catastrophic cell failure when charged with official XAXX smart chargers. Degradation exceeding 30% within the warranty tenure is covered under repair/cell-balancing terms.

2. Graphene & Lead Batteries

Graphene 12V multi-pack batteries carry a 1-Year Replacement manufacturer warranty against dead cell defects, subject to proper float charging and avoiding deep discharge below low-voltage cutoff threshold.

3. BLDC Motors & Controllers

BLDC pure copper motors are warranted against winding burn and magnet degradation for 1 Year. Controllers are protected against component blowout under standard voltage fluctuations.

4. What is Not Covered (Exclusions)

• Normal wear and tear of tyres, brake pads, rubber floor mats, and plastic scratches.
• Damage resulting from water submersion exceeding rated IP67 wading depths.
• Modifications, speed governor bypass, or using unauthorized third-party fast chargers.
• Accidents, physical impacts, or commercial misuse exceeding specified 180 KG payload.

5. Lodging a Warranty Claim
